Logistr ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Speech mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

3.1 Speech Analysis

Your audio recordings are processed as follows:

  1. Upload: Audio is uploaded to Google Cloud Storage (Firebase) for temporary storage.
  2. Transcription: Audio is sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for speech-to-text transcription.
  3. Analysis: The transcript is analyzed using AI (OpenAI GPT or your configured custom AI provider) to generate feedback.
  4. Storage: Analysis results are stored in your account. Original audio files are retained for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted.

3.2 Custom AI Providers (Pro Feature)

Pro users may configure custom AI providers. When using a custom provider, your data is sent to your specified endpoint. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party AI providers you choose to use.
